SHIPPING POLICY
We want your deck to arrive safely and in good time. Here's what to expect.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. During busy periods or limited edition releases, this may extend slightly — we'll always let you know.

Domestic (South Africa): 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
These are estimates. Delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances outside our control are beyond what we can guarantee — but we'll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your order, the details will be included there.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not able to redirect orders once they've been dispatched. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hellolovely@holdspacetoday.com and we'll do our best to help.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price. We're not able to predict or cover these costs.
