REFUND POLICY

We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll sort it honestly and without fuss.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your deck arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a full refund — your choice. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue so we can understand what happened.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because the deck is a small-run physical product, we're not currently able to accept change-of-mind returns. We encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing, and if you have any questions before you buy, please ask. We're happy to help you decide if the deck is right for you.

DIGITAL PURCHASES

Digital downloads and subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed. If you believe there's been a technical issue, write to us and we'll look into it.

LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order has been lost in transit and has not arrived within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation (60 days for international orders), please contact us. We'll investigate and, where the loss is confirmed, offer a replacement or refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
